Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the construction and installation processes for both outside (OSP)and inside) ISP) plant projects. This role involves coordinating with various partner and our leadership, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within the customers scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Monitoring:

• Onsite monitoring of OSP/ISP construction projects, ensuring alignment with project scope of work and goals.
• Coordinate with contractors, and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Outside Plant (OSP)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of underground and aerial fiber optic installations.
• Ensure that all OSP work adheres to design standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct site evaluations, document and manage site operations.

Inside Plant (ISP)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation of telecommunications equipment and structured cabling within MDUs.
• Monitor ISP project timelines and quality assurance.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in construction practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, OSP and ISP environments.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. Technical Knowledge

• Telecommunications Systems:

  Understanding various telecom technologies including fiber optics, wireless systems, and network infrastructure.

• Construction Techniques:

  Familiarity with construction methodologies, safety regulations, and site management practices specific to telecom projects.
