Job Description
Overview We are seeking trustworthy and knowledgable foremans to oversee various jobs-sites, and operate equipment. Experience and expertise in landscaping and outdoor construction is necessary. Duties Manage small on-site crews for various projects Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to project plans Operate equipment on-site, Dingo, excavator (if possible), wood chipper, etc. Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, quality control protocols, and safety regulations Supervise construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects involving pipelines or heavy infrastructure Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including safety procedures governed by OSHA standards Supervising experience leading diverse teams of contractors and labor personnel on active sites Positive work enviornment with a very flexible team of hard workers in the
