Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager to support multiple commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Capital Region. Responsibilities Prepare submittals, change orders, and project documentation Order and Track materials and deliveries Maintain project files and assist with closeout documentation Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes Assist with permit applications and compliance requirements Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Construction experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license Position Details Full or Part-time, Monday-Friday Can work around school schedule Summer internship candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
