Job Description

We are seeking a experienced Construction Super to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role is ideal for someone who no longer wishes to do hands-on construction work but still wants to stay active in the trade.
Responsibilities:
Visit job sites to provide oversight and ensure compliance with customer requirements , building codes and safety standards. Supervise and guide journeymen and apprentices on projects. Review and sign off Project work as needed. Communicate with project managers and inspectors.
Requirements:
Retired or semi-retired preferred — this role is supervision only. Must have reliable transportation (car) to visit various job sites in NYC and Long Island Area. Strong knowledge of Construction trades. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
