This pivotal role involves managing on-site electrical teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and technical specifications. Your expertise will drive project success while maintaining the highest quality standards across all phases of construction. Duties Lead and supervise electrical construction teams, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance on all project sites Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project schedules using construction management software Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems Oversee procurement and management of materials, including conduit, wiring, transformers, and other electrical components Conduct quality control inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety protocols Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare detailed reports on progress Monitor project timelines closely, adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards Supervise on-site activities related to pipeline installation, heavy electrical equipment setup, and troubleshooting electrical issues Ensure all work complies with contracts, specifications, and industry standards while fostering a culture of safety and excellence Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on electrical projects; supervising experience is essential Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam Extensive construction site experience in large-scale projects involving pipelines or heavy electrical infrastructure Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations relevant to electrical work on construction sites Ability to read technical schematics accurately and utilize testing tools like ohmmeters effectively Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments Strong organizational skills for project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control oversight Knowledge of contracts management and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively Join our team as an Electrical Superintendent where your leadership will power innovative projects!
