Responsibilities Manage concurrent HVAC installation/retrofit projects Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, clients, and management Develop project schedules, budgets, and equipment orders Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, FDNY, and Local Law requirements (LL97, LL84) Conduct site visits and quality inspections Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for equipment and materials Track job costs vs. budget; prepare progress reports Resolve field issues and issue change orders Ensure OSHA safety compliance on all sites Ensure all projects meet contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of construction management and project scheduling. Skills 3-5 years HVAC project management experience Experience with VRF, RTUs, boilers, chillers, piping, ductwork systems Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Sage 300 CRM, etc.) Strong vendor/subcontractor relationships in NYC market OSHA 30 certification preferred Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and coordination within large-scale construction environments. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Solid understanding of construction site safety practices and quality assurance procedures. Valid driver's license.

Salary:
