In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success through effective management of resources, schedules, and teams, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about shaping the built environment and delivering exceptional results. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Develop comprehensive project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid analysis, and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors. Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Coordinate project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders. Utilize construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential delays or hazards, and implement corrective actions swiftly. Maintain detailed records of project activities including schedules, budgets, change orders, and safety reports to ensure transparency and accountability. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management across diverse projects including commercial or civil infrastructure. Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with civil 3D for site design coordination and HeavyBid for cost estimating where applicable. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Deep understanding of construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, architects, , and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
