Borroughs Currently looking for an experienced Hvac Project Manager (Mechanical) to fill an opening with a busy mechanical/HVAC construction firm. Interested candidates should have a basic understanding of mechanical/ HVAC building systems. Responsibilities of the HVAC Project Manager (Mechanical) Understand and comply to all company safety procedures Prepare work scope packages for mechanical/HVAC projects Develop change order requests for MEP/mechanical/HVAC construction project progress and monitor quality control Document project changes using the Request for Information (RFI) system. Prepare subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Other duties as assigned Requirements of the Hvac Project Manager (Mechanical) Basic understanding of mechanical/ HVAC building systems. Ability to read project specifications and "blueprint" drawings Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams 5-10+ years of experience in hvac construction project management and/or estimating. Bachelor's degree in construction management/mechanical engineering preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in Timberline or related. Compensation for the Project Manager (Mechanical Construction/Hvac) The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $175000-$190000 depending on experience.
