Full Job Description Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities:
Must have experience working on a job site Receive deliveries and escort trucks in and out of job site Complete daily report, photo documentation of field activities, delivery receipts and sign in sheets throughout the day Ability to take clear notes, field measurements, record inventory and perform calculations independently. Ability to work independently Keeps supervisor informed of progress and provides update. Pick up supplies from vendors as needed Must have a car Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to read drawings Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read, communicate well both verbally and in writing with all types of personnel. Pay based on experience.
Language:
Must be fluent in English. Physical Demands The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
