  • Manhattan, NY Visit project sites to assess existing façade/exterior conditions and gather detailed field notes and observations Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and structural details relating to exterior systems Compile and organize field data, translating it into structured inputs for internal systems (including AI/tech tools) Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination on façade and restoration projects Liaise between field operations and office teams to ensure accurate communication and project tracking MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have: 2-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture Educational background in Engineering or Architecture strongly preferred Strong technical understanding of façade systems, exterior construction, and structural design principles Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and existing building conditions Experience working for a GC or subcontractor is preferred, but must be technically strong Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable working both on-site and in an office/tech-driven environment What's on Offer Construction Facade Assistant Project Manager
