You will lead the charge from groundbreaking to project closeout, ensuring that our builds are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
    On Site Leadership:
    Direct daily on
    • site operations, lead morning crew meetings, and manage the performance of all construction staff and subcontractors.
    • Scheduling and budgeting: Develop and enforce project timelines, allocate resources, and closely monitor on
    • site expenses.
    Quality and Safety:
    Perform regular safety and quality inspections. Ensure 100% compliance with local , state, and National Building codes.
      Project Communication:
      Act as the main point of contact between project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation. Qualifications
        Experience:
        Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar site leadership role.
          Technical Skills:
          Ability to read and accurately interpret complex blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid or other construction management software.
            Certifications:
            NYC DOB Construction superintendent License What We Offer
