We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support day-to-day operations across our construction sites and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial records using QuickBooks Maintain and update project budgets, reports, and financial tracking in Microsoft Excel Prepare and organize reports for investors Communicate with investors regarding updates, documentation, and requests Handle emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks Assist in preparing and tracking proposals, bids, and vendor quotes Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team members Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Requirements:
Prior experience in bookkeeping and/or office management (real estate or construction experience is a plus) Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and take initiative High attention to detail and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with real estate development or construction companies Familiarity with budgets, cost tracking, and investor reporting Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$19.00 - $33.50 per hour
