We have done business across the United States and expanded our services to much more than portable toilets to include portable: bunk houses, campers, flushable restroom trailers, laundry facilities, mobile command centers, light towers, refrigeration units, water storage containers, temporary fencing, and generators. Job Overview:
Rentals To Go is seeking a Construction & Facilities Specialist for performing hands-on construction work and operating equipment to support company construction and site development projects. This role focuses on executing tasks safely and efficiently, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate construction equipment Perform general construction tasks Assist with installation of structures, equipment, and site infrastructure Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites Conduct basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, reporting issues) Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently Identify and report safety hazards or job site concerns All other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
Field-based role on active construction and job sites Exposure to outdoor conditions and heavy equipment operations

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (preferred) Valid Driver's License (required) Prior experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related field preferred Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance practices Ability to perform physical labor and work both indoors and outdoors
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds regularly Ability to climb in and out of equipment safely Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of construction and/or equipment operation experience preferred Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, or similar machinery Basic understanding of construction practices and job site safety Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus, depending on needs) Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and procedures Use proper PPE and maintain a safe work environment Identify and report hazards, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
