Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project workflows. Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar project management software to track progress and milestones. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts; interpret technical drawings accurate implementation. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and analysis to optimize costs and resources. Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Contractor Foreman, and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams. Monitor project progress through regular site visits; address issues promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns. Ensure effective project coordination by managing timelines, resources, and personnel while maintaining clear communication channels. Conduct quality control inspections; verify that work meets design specifications and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in construction site supervision and project delivery. Proficiency in project scheduling tools, familiarity with architectural drawings is essential. Hands-on experience with construction estimating techniques and contracts administration. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across various phases of construction projects. Valid experience working on interior/exterior renovations; familiarity with safety regulations is required. Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with team members, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Competence in MS Office Bilingual candidates (English-Spanish) preferred PPM values proactive professionals who take safety seriously.
