Field Supervisor

• Supervise and manage field operations
• Prepare/inventory rigs for days work prior to leaving the shop in the morning
• Fleet management
• Material management/inventory
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities ```Experience```

• CLEAN DRIVERS LISENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision or related field with 1 year gutter experience prefered
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient with use of light gauge metal and break
• Know basic framing [eave construction]
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
