Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple teams, manage schedules, control budgets, and ensure that all project milestones are met with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction site experience, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify specifications and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost projections and manage project budgets effectively. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), progress reports, and close-out documentation using tools like ProCore or Bluebeam. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project timelines. Facilitate project meetings to align team efforts, track milestones, and communicate updates clearly across all stakeholders. Leverage construction management software for project scheduling, tracking progress, resource allocation, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects; site experience is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software including Primavera P6 or Primavera; Bluebeam; ProCore; HeavyBid; Civil 3D; Construction estimating tools; Schematics reading; Contracts management software; Project scheduling platforms. Demonstrated ability in project coordination, time management, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site safety standards. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control measures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines. Relevant certifications such as (if applicable), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory. $50,506.81 - $177,685.63 per year
