Job Description

Overview JW Construction Services is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial building projects, including new construction, remodels, and retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of commercial blueprints, a comprehensive understanding of all phases of construction, and a solid working knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations. This position is eligible for annual performance‑based bonus.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of project supervision, construction supervision, or related experience. Ability to perform physical labor as needed. Proficiency with computers, including email and file‑storage systems. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. Strong ability to multi‑task and meet critical project deadlines. Valid driver's license. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver assigned project(s) on schedule from start to finish. Supervise all trades to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. Resolve field issues as approved by the Project Manager. Interview, supervise, and support subcontractors. Maintain the highest level of quality and workmanship. Lead weekly project and safety meetings.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
