Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on active construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating trade performance, supervising site leadership staff, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Schedule/Shift:

Monday - Friday, Day Shift Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will manage daily jobsite activities including progress tracking, trade coordination, safety compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong field leadership experience, is comfortable using construction management software such as Procore, and can support hands-on site activities when needed. Requirements (Mandatory & Desired) Minimum 5+ years of construction experience OSHA 30 certification required Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets Experience with carpentry and welding Ability to operate a forklift CPR and First Aid certification Computer literate with experience using construction software (Procore preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to supervise Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents Ability to work both hands-on and in a supervisory capacity Responsibilities Maintain daily logs, site photos, and project reports in Procore Assist with punch list coordination and ensure trades complete work promptly Supervise assigned Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents Monitor jobsite progress, productivity, and workmanship Enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and workflow sequencing Use carpentry tools and equipment as required to support site activities Communicate updates to project leadership and support reporting requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Physical Requirements Physical mobility across active construction sites Ability to operate equipment and power tools Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to stand for extended periods and move across large job sites Compensation $80,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience) Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off About Cedar Park Group Cedar Park Group is a woman-owned staffing firm that works directly with construction contractors.
