Construction Project Manager (Restoration)

Total Compensation Year 1: $80,000-$95,000. Potential for 6 figure income in years 2 and beyond. This position requires on-call support every 3rd week and may require hours on weekend and at night to support emergency jobs. ESSENTIAL TASKS OF THE POSITION

(Illustrative, not inclusive) Coordinates and supervises work on Emergency Water Services Oversees equipment maintenance and expendables . Communicates with management and customers. Trains and supervises Lead Technicians and Technicians. Maintains relationship with adjusters and communicates with updates as needed. Performs on-call rotation as needed including call outs at night and on weekends as needed. Completes jobs successfully and obtains certificate of completion. Develop Processes for Recording of Data and Work Completed by Technicians and ensure compliance Reviews all Estimates for Mitigation Services, and follow-up on all Returned Estimates Able to climb a ladder. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Able to work in confined spaces. Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity. Establishes PPE guidelines for all employees and ensures compliance. Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required. Participate in the collection process. Compensation Base Pay Plus Commission based on experience includes paid time off and company take home vehicle.
