This role works closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Manager manages project documentation, financial performance, procurement, and client communication while maintaining strong collaboration between field operations and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while leading projects in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs. Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Lead subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administration. Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to monitor construction progress and resolve project issues. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are achieved. Participate in preconstruction activities including budgeting, schedule development, and design coordination. Manage client relationships and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and consultants. Support BIM/VDC coordination efforts to resolve design conflicts prior to construction. Implement Lean construction practices including collaborative planning and scheduling with trade partners. Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, final documentation, and project turnover. Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Experience managing commercial, institutional, mixed-use, hospitality, or multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project timelines and budgets. Preferred Experience Experience with BIM / Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) coordination. Familiarity with Lean construction practices and collaborative scheduling methods. Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera. Experience managing complex or fast-paced construction projects.
