Job Description
Construction Management:
Field Superintendent (FS) Watchdog Building Partners is seeking highly qualified individual to act as Owners Representative starting immediately. This individual will be responsible for managing various prime contracts associated with public work projects in the Utica, New York area. The FS will oversee and manage the day-to-day coordination and operations of the project site. The FS will work closely with all Prime Contractors and assigned Project Manager to ensure a safe and quality project that is completed on time and within budget. Maintaining a work environment that values planning, collaboration, communication and being solution oriented is essential. Skills and Experience- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a construction environment
- Possess at least 5 year's supervisory experience
- Proven ability to read and fully understand construction drawings
- Strong working knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other agreements to ensure that the scope, terms and conditions are consistently and proactively being met
- Must be able to develop entire job schedules, 90 day schedules and 2 week schedules
- Familiar with Wicks Law and Public Work Projects in NY State Salary and Benefits
- Salary range $80k plus (based on experience)
