Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage installation-based construction projects from start to finish. This role will focus on coordinating field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction installation projects from scheduling through completion Conduct site evaluations and take accurate field measurements as needed Coordinate project timelines with internal teams, customers, and installation partners Manage and support a team of installers or field personnel Ensure projects meet all specifications, safety standards, and code requirements Communicate updates, timelines, and changes with customers and stakeholders Troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changes in project scope Maintain accurate records in internal systems (ERP or inventory management tools) Oversee inventory and materials related to project execution Assist in maintaining and tracking equipment or rental inventory as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus Strong communication and customer-facing skills Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Additional Requirements Hands-on mindset with willingness to step in when needed Basic knowledge of tools and construction equipment Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders Travel may be required based on project needs What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
