Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent for a commercial construction project. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations including scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can manage personnel, coordinate site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Schedule/Shift:
Monday - Friday (project-based schedule; travel to active job sites required)
Position Type:
Full-time Position Overview The Construction Superintendent will travel to active job sites daily to manage crews, monitor progress, coordinate logistics, and address field issues. This position plays a critical role in maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction. Requirements (Mandatory & Desired) Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Experience managing commercial projects valued at $50,000+ Strong knowledge of scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety Ability to travel daily to job sites for personnel management and progress review Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, labor crews, and project leadership
Preferred:
