We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Proximity Team Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our field marketing team. The Role:
How You'll Make a Difference As our Proximity Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and administration of our field marketing efforts. You will ensure our canvassers are equipped, compliant, and tracked for success. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys being at the center of a collaborative, high-energy team.
Key Responsibilities Performance Tracking:
Compile daily and weekly metric reports; track canvasser activity and results to help optimize productivity across target regions.
Operational Support:
Monitor performance trends, assist with correct lead sourcing in our CRM system, and provide actionable insights to the Proximity Manager.
Logistics & Onboarding:
Support day-to-day logistics, manage field supply inventory, and coordinate systems, gear, and supplies for new hires.
Compliance & Administration:
Maintain an organized, up-to-date calendar of active permits and proactively handle renewals with local municipalities.
Financial Accuracy:
Verify the accuracy of canvasser timecards and mileage submissions prior to manager approval.
Team Culture:
Support basic marketing coordination and contribute to a positive, culturally inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. What You Bring to the Team You are a problem solver who can work independently while keeping the big picture in mind. You bring the following skills and qualifications:
The Blueprint:
A High School diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and high computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Windows platforms).
Organizational Master:
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage schedules, track multiple details, and meet deadlines.
Analytical Eye:
Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and analyzing performance numbers for team reviews.
Compliance Mindset:
Basic knowledge of compliance, permitting requirements, or local municipality regulations is a major plus.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with scheduling/timekeeping systems and CRM or appointment-setting processes.
Communication Pro:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across departments.
