Staff Coordinator In office daily

We're hiring a Staff Coordinator to lead technician hiring and performance—ensuring we bring in the right people and support them to succeed. This role is built for someone who values structure, consistency, and follow-through . What You'll Do Lead daily technician interviews using a structured process and scorecard Evaluate candidates carefully and make clear, confident hiring decisions Monitor technician performance and identify coaching opportunities early Support performance improvement plans and ongoing feedback Track productivity and quality metrics with accuracy and consistency Serve as a reliable point of support for technician questions Coordinate onboarding and early-stage training (Weeks 1-4) Maintain clear, detailed job instructions and training materials Lead weekly team communication and recognition Who You Are You naturally create order, structure, and clarity You follow processes and expect things to be done correctly You are comfortable having the same conversation multiple times with consistency You communicate in a calm, direct, and professional way You build trust through reliability, not volume You are confident making decisions based on standards, not emotion You notice details others miss and follow through without reminders What Success Looks Like Hiring decisions are consistent, thoughtful, and aligned with company standards Technicians improve through clear coaching and accountability Performance issues are addressed early and effectively Training and communication are consistent across the team Daily operations run with structure and fewer surprises Why Join Us Established, growing company with strong systems in place Clear expectations and defined processes Team environment that values consistency and accountability Opportunity to play a key role in building a high-performing team The Bottom Line If you take pride in doing things thoroughly, following through, and helping people perform at a high level, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
