Company Overview Construction company specializing in site work, drainage, and concrete and asphalt construction. Our projects include commercial, industrial and residential site development. We are known for delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage site development projects from start to finish. Position Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing civil construction projects including site work, drainage infrastructure, and concrete and asphalt construction. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to contract specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple site development projects from contract award through completion
• Review plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and track project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of work
• Handle subcontractor procurement, contracts, and coordination
• Submit RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Attend project meetings with clients, engineers, and general contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks Qualifications
• 5+ years experience managing civil construction or site development projects
• Strong understanding of site work, grading, drainage, and concrete and asphalt construction
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management software, and construction documentation Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with commercial or municipal site development projects
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Viewpoint, or similar Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
