Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Oversee daily construction site activities, supervising subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure safety and productivity. Develop and manage project schedules using Pro Core, Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Monitor project budgets, perform cost estimating using HeavyBid or comparable tools, and control expenses to stay within financial parameters. Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control standards. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Utilize tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, reporting, and collaboration across teams. Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues promptly, and ensure alignment with project goals. Implement quality assurance measures by inspecting work quality against specifications and schematics; address deficiencies proactively. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects on-site. Extensive knowledge of construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations. Proficiency with construction management software including Primavera P6, Primavera (P3), ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus. Strong project scheduling skills with experience using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software. Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Solid understanding of contracts management including change orders and subcontractor agreements. Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as pipe fitting (Pipeline), electrical testing (Ohmmeter), or heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills combined with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Relevant certifications such as OSHA certification are required; additional certifications like Management or Construction Safety are preferred.
