Candidates will learn the business from the ground up while developing the skills necessary to manage daily operations, lead teams, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Learn and perform residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, hardwood floor, and air duct cleaning services. Gain expertise in company cleaning methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards. Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and route management to ensure efficient daily operations. Learn customer service best practices, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Coordinate job bookings and support office operations to maximize productivity and service quality. Participate in technician recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development. Conduct ride-alongs and field observations to ensure technicians meet company standards and safety requirements. Perform site visits for residential and commercial customers to assess cleaning needs and recommend appropriate services. Prepare and present commercial cleaning estimates and proposals. Develop knowledge of sales techniques and upselling opportunities for Stanley Steemer services. Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vehicle inspections. Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Support branch management with daily operations, team leadership, and business development initiatives. Complete cross-training in all departments to prepare for future management responsibilities. Desired Qualifications Strong leadership potential and desire to advance into a management role. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to work in both office and field environments. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment as required. Previous experience in service, operations, sales, or team leadership is preferred but not required. Saturdays are required
