Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects from early sitework through interior completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain efficient workflow Manage the construction schedule and ensure sequencing aligns with project milestones Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all site policies Review construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to confirm accurate installation Monitor jobsite productivity, logistics, and manpower allocation Identify field issues early and collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts Perform routine quality inspections across all phases of construction Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and photo progress updates Communicate jobsite progress, risks, and solutions with project management and stakeholders Must-Haves as the
