Job Description

Construction Project Manager - EPC Projects EarthStream Global are urgently looking for a Construction Project Manager to support major EPC projects. This is a key role responsible for overseeing full project lifecycle delivery from pre-construction through to completion and warranty. Role Overview The Construction Project Manager will support the EPC Project Manager or Program Manager in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage all aspects of construction execution including safety, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, scheduling, and client relations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities across single or multiple projects Lead project planning, scheduling, estimating, and cost development Manage project safety, quality assurance, and compliance with company standards Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders Support risk management and participate in project risk reviews Implement Project Execution Plans, including construction, safety, staffing, and procurement strategies Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement processes, including RFPs and bid evaluations Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and reporting; present updates to senior stakeholders Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, change management, and project closeout Manage invoicing processes for prime contracts and subcontractors Ensure compliance with permits, insurance, and regulatory requirements Conduct project audits covering safety, quality, progress, and financial performance Oversee site logistics including materials management, site layout, mobilisation and demobilisation Lead commissioning and project startup coordination Manage labour, staffing, workforce planning, and equipment resources Mentor junior staff and provide performance feedback to project teams Support stakeholder engagement with clients, suppliers, and public entities Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 7+ years' experience in construction project management (EPC or similar environment preferred) Strong experience across multi-disciplinary projects (electrical, mechanical, civil) T&D Project experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Experience with project management software, scheduling, document control, and cost control tools (preferred) Key Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong commercial and contractual awareness Problem-solving and risk mitigation mindset Fleet vehicle provided . Pay:
$64.00 - $72.00 per hour
