In this role, you will oversee all aspects of remodeling, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and various trade skills will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety and efficiency on every site. Duties Manage and coordinate remodeling projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications Supervise and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless workflow Perform or oversee construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, carpentry, roofing, masonry, stucco application, plastering, concrete finishing, and glass or cabinet installation Conduct construction inspection to verify quality control and compliance with safety regulations Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively Utilize construction estimating tools like Bluebeam to prepare accurate project bids and cost assessments Ensure proper use of hand tools and power tools for various trades including caulking, trim carpentry, fabrication, welding, restoration, hardscape work, and more Maintain detailed documentation of project progress through reports and logs; communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout each phase Skills Extensive experience in construction management with a strong understanding of remodeling processes Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating software such as Bluebeam Skilled in multiple trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, door hanging), masonry (concrete forming), roofing, flooring installation (tile laying), plastering, stucco application, glass installation, cabinet installation, welding, concrete finishing, restoration work, hardscape design, and masonry techniques Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met at every stage Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; familiarity with construction site safety protocols Strong electrical experience including wiring basics; plumbing knowledge for fixture installation or repairs Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools necessary for diverse remodeling tasks Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams; ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment while delivering exceptional craftsmanship Join us if you're ready to lead innovative remodeling projects that transform spaces into stunning environments!
