Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Laboratory / testing operations expertise
• Workforce scheduling & resource planning
• Timekeeping and billing accuracy
• Smartsheet or similar scheduling tools
• Financial data capture for billing
• Regulatory and compliance awareness Roles & Responsibilities
• Interface between lab management and TCS staff
• Partner with leaders to address operational and strategic challenges
• Ensure smooth, effective day to day lab operations
• Support HR, performance, and organizational matters on site
• Ensure TCS staff are organized and business needs are met
• Manage business functions including timekeeping and billing hours
• Use Smartsheet to ensure accurate financial and billing information
• Support supervisors and leads with workflow planning
• Guide workforce on training, planning, and daily responsibilities Salary Range $90,000-$100,000 year
