Landscape Maintenance Foreman

POSITION SUMMARY A

Team Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of a job site by following the instructions of their manager and job summary through Aspire. Transporting themselves, their team members to and from each job site. Making sure that the use of resources is well coordinated - including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within a budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards. The Team Leader is also responsible for communicating the daily plan to their team members while keeping their managers up to date on any information they may need to know.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MUST

be able to drive our trucks and haul trailers. Minimum 2+ years of experience managing crews of 2-3 people, Job sites, routes, etc. Assist in planning and organizing of the given project Read blueprints/job site estimates instructions and scheduling documents as necessary Safely and efficiently operate all equipment needed for the job including company trucks with trailers Transport materials to job site as needed Manage work sites and effectively lead team members through proper communication and training Positively train team members as needed understating all team member have different levels of knowledge and experience Maintain efficiency while upholding company standards of quality and safety Assist in panning and organizing of the given project Read blueprints/job site estimates instructions and scheduling documents as necessary Safely and efficiently operate all equipment needed for the job including company trucks with trailers Transport materials to job site as needed Manage work sites and effectively lead team members through proper communication and training Positively train team members as needed understating all team member have different levels of knowledge and experience Maintain efficiency while upholding company standards of quality and safety

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Care for and enjoy the outdoors On-the-job training offered. A high school diploma or GED A valid, unrestricted Ohio Driver's license, always maintain 1-3 years of horticultural field experience A working knowledge of standard construction and/or horticultural practices Verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, and pulling. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time. Must be physically able to operate power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
