The Ideal candidate can handle a wide range of projects from small renovations to large out of ground building projects. Must be willing to preform some carpentry and labor work.

Candidate should possess:

minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction supervisor. Knowledge of bringing buildings out of the ground. proven track record of success managing commercial construction projects ability to Insure all company safety policies and OSHA regulations are being followed. Create, maintain, discipline and document a proper safety environment. demonstrated carpentry skills. good communication skills ability to work independently ability to prepare daily reports ability to read and understand construction drawings OSHA 30 Experience with pre-engineered buildings a plus.
