Project:
Lead the entire lifecycle from preconstruction through final turnover.
Drive Results:
Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors.
Build Relationships:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Lead Teams:
Coordinate internal resources and field personnel to keep projects moving forward.
Deliver Excellence:
Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction remain top priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring Targeted Experience:
Proven PM success in complex builds (life sciences, pharma, laboratory, cleanroom, semiconductor, mission critical, or advanced manufacturing).
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Leadership Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing abilities.
Background:
Experience with major ENR-ranked contractors or design-build firms is highly preferred.
