Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Your expertise will drive project success by managing teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale construction initiatives and deliver outstanding results through strategic leadership and meticulous project management. Duties Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met throughout all phases. Record accurate measurements for the creation of templates. Oversee subcontractor performance, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality control standards are maintained consistently. Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, incident logs and project records for transparency and accountability. Facilitate effective communication among team members through regular meetings and updates to ensure smooth project coordination from start to finish. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or project coordination; experience with countertops highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen/vanity CAD drawings. Hands-on construction site experience with a thorough knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices. Solid understanding of construction estimating techniques and cost control measures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Effective communicator capable of reading technical drawings and collaborating across diverse teams including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
