Construction Superintendent

We are a local General Contract with a team of about 50 employees. We are headquartered on the outskirts of Dayton, OH and focus our project load around the greater Dayton area and the Miami Valley. We focus on ground up commercial construction projects among a wide range of industries including: retail, gas stations, restaurants, offices spaces, healthcare, education, and more. Most of our projects are new construction, but we will do the occasional tenant improvement, addition, reno/interior rebuild.

We are looking for a proven superintendent who has experience running a wide range of construction projects from start to bottom. This position will come with full benefits, bonuses, company truck, travel allowances (when needed), bonus opportunities, and more.
