The Project Manager role focuses on managing, organizing and scheduling multiple projects and maintaining detailed reports and communicating that over to team and management. What you'll do: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Project Management including rehab estimating, planning, scheduling & management - Budgeting & tracking
- Vendor management, cost control and procurement
- "Appraise" properties as directed and trained by Management
- City/County/Building Department interaction as required
- Assist resale department
