Job Description Drive all phases of project delivery: preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.
