Job Description Lead multiple commercial and industrial projects, managing scope, schedule, safety, and financials. Collaborate with design, field, and owner teams from early planning through closeout to ensure alignment. Produce and manage subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, procurement schedules, and cost projections. Facilitate OAC meetings, subcontractor coordination, and QA/QC processes to ensure compliance and quality. Drive project schedules, logistics plans, and safety initiatives with field leadership and trade partners. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager in Construction should have: 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong communicator with a humble, team‑oriented mindset. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam. Ability to manage several small‑ to mid‑sized projects concurrently. Associates or bachelor's degree in construction‑related field preferred.
