They are known for their high-performing teams, collaborative culture, and consistent repeat business. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial and warehouse projects ranging from $20M

Key Responsibilities Lead onsite field operations from groundbreaking through closeout Manage subcontractor sequencing, daily oversight, quality control, and site logistics Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with all company and project requirements Oversee project schedules, look-aheads, and delivery coordination Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager, owners, and design partners Troubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve conflicts Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC/CM Industrial, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing project experience (20-200M+) Strong understanding of concrete, steel, MEP coordination, and large-scale site development Proven ability to lead safe, efficient job sites Procore or similar construction software experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $110K
