Data Center Construction Compensation:
Up to$245K + Bonus + Full Benefits + Vehicle Allowance My client, a nationally recognized General Contractor, is actively hiring a Superintendent to support large-scale mission critical / data center projects. The company has built a strong reputation in the mission critical space and continues to expand its data center portfolio across the Midwest. They are known for combining the resources of a national builder with a collaborative, team-oriented culture and strong investment in employee development. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale data center projects Drive scheduling, sequencing, quality control, commissioning readiness, and turnover processes Partner closely with project management, owners, trade partners, and field leadership Manage site logistics and proactively resolve field coordination issues Ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements Participate in pull planning, subcontractor meetings, inspections, and commissioning activities Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders in a fast-paced mission critical environment Ideal Background Experience as an MEP Superintendent, Superintendent, or lead field professional on large commercial or industrial projects Mission critical / data center experience is highly preferred, but not required Experience with commissioning, turnover, and startup processes is a plus Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technically driven construction environments Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Procore and construction technology experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Up to $245K plus full benefits and bi-yearly bonus Performance-based bonus structure Vehicle allowance Strong healthcare and retirement package Long-term project pipeline and backlog Career advancement opportunities within mission critical construction Training, mentorship, and leadership development programs Why This Role Tends To Stand Out
