Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced On-Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless execution of our exhibit projects on the show floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup, installation, and dismantling of trade show exhibits, ensuring all aspects of the project meet our high standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead the on-site team in setting up and dismantling trade show exhibits according to design specifications and timelines.
Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and logistics teams to ensure all elements are delivered and assembled correctly.
Quality Control:
Conduct thorough inspections of exhibit components to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
Problem Solving:
Address any on-site issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on the show floor, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate the on-site team, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Logistics:
Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to ensure smooth operations during setup and dismantle phases.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the trade show or events industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of exhibit construction, setup, and dismantling processes. Flexibility to travel to various trade show locations as required. Ability to work extended hours during show setups and dismantles.
