Job Description

Oppenheim Construction Co., Inc. is currently looking for an experienced estimator / project manager to join our team of over 30 years of construction experience specializing in drywall, ceilings, metal studs and carpentry. Applicant will work with Senior Estimator and Management to learn the skills needed. Responsibilities of the
Estimator:
Estimate multiple projects at the same time, along with managing current project documents including modifications and change orders. Follow up after bid submission and answer questions from the client on your proposal. Assemble submittals in accordance with contract documents and submit in a timely manner. Establish partnerships with Owners, Contractors, Architects and Suppliers. Be open to flexibility with respect to assigned tasks due to changing schedules, deadlines and priorities. Work in a team environment that promotes training and development of staff.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Minimum of 5 years construction estimating experience Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines Multi-task and be results driven
