In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, coordinate teams, and implement quality inspection protocols to guarantee that all work meets safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Duties Supervise construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards on base Oversee construction management activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, quality metrics, and safety incidents to inform decision-making Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations Perform detailed construction inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to design plans Maintain thorough documentation of site activities, quality reports, inspection findings, and corrective actions Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of construction management principles Demonstrated expertise in quality control and inspection processes within the construction industry Strong analysis skills to evaluate project data, identify issues, and implement solutions effectively Knowledge of contracts management and compliance standards relevant to construction projects Ability to perform detailed construction inspections with keen attention to detail and safety considerations Excellent organizational skills for data collection, record-keeping, and reporting Effective communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with clients, base personnel, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Experience with Historical Restoration
  • Experience in hazard identification and safety compliance
  • Minimum of 10 years experience
  • Minimum of 5 years military construction preferred
  • Familiarity with base operations
  • 5 years experience in supervisory roles on projects between $1M
  • $10M
  • Interpret construction drawings and critical path schedules
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day production and schedule adherence
Certifications/Licensure :
USACE CQC
Preferred
  • Willingness to obtain other job-related licensures and certifications
  • Some travel to Cincinnati will be required
  • Monday-Friday
  • Salaried
  • Weekends/Holidays/after hours on an emergency basis
  • Must be able to obtain Base Security Clearance
  • Must have valid
