Second Shift:
Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods. Pay rates 23.00 USD hourly Essential requirements for Bilingual On-Site Supervisor Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment. Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion. Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States. Desirable requirements for Bilingual On-Site Supervisor Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks. Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms. Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Spanish or French Creole to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients. Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention. Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly. Role for Bilingual On-Site Supervisor Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate staff assignments. Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and staff concerns. Prepare and submit daily operational reports using internal software.
