Roofing Field Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily roofing operations on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and seamless workflow. Oversee site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions. Monitor quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and adherence to industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, safety logs, change orders, and progress updates. Lead supervising teams of skilled tradespeople, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a productive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal and asphalt roofing projects, vinyl siding and site supervision. Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety. Strong management skills with previous supervising experience leading crews on large-scale projects. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance. Construction site experience combined with a solid understanding of contracts, project scope management, and pipeline development.
