Based on Experience (hourly)
Daily Duties:
Managing team of temporary associates at distribution centers Maintaining recruiting/advertising relationships Track, coach & counsel associates on attendance & performance Manage timekeeping systems Data entry & document management into internal ATS Performing safety observations Maintaining and communicating out reporting to client Opening job orders and posting positions Orientating new starts Manage associates onsite
