Great Roofing & Restoration is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop our Cincinnati sales team. Someone who can recruit, train, motivate, and hold a team accountable while also contributing to revenue growth and maintaining a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales representatives Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve performance and close rates Recruit and onboard top sales talent Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement Support sales reps with customer presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy Work closely with operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience Drive revenue growth through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities What We Are Looking For Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in roofing, home improvement, restoration, or a related industry Strong coaching and team development skills Ability to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Excellent communication and leadership abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $40,000 Base Salary + Commission Earn up to 13% commission on insurance restoration projects Earn up to 15% commission on retail projects Access to a company vehicle & gas card Unlimited earning potential Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organization Supportive leadership and training resources Why Great Roofing & Restoration Great Roofing & Restoration is part of Omnia Exterior Solutions, one of the fastest-growing exterior remodeling platforms in the country.
