• $500 Sign-On Bonus awarded after 6 months Duties or responsibilities would include: Employee orientation Safety training Attendance tracking Employee coaching Payroll/Deductions Recruiting Interviewing Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks Communications with supervisors/leads Management of employee records and software database Providing excellent customer service General office duties Client Communication Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc The ideal candidate will possess: Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Undergraduate degree (or pursing) is preferred
